BOseCO Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditor is a firm specialising in Solicitors Bookkeeping and audit of Client’s Accounts. Our clients include firms who are sole practitioners, partners as well as those practising under limited companies.

Solicitors Bookkeeping
According to your needs, we can provide services from bookkeeping including bank reconciliations on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. We always follow the Solicitors’ accounting rules, making sure that Clients ledgers are balanced, and bringing to the fee earner’s attention, any debit balances on client accounts and any credit balances on office accounts, so that necessary corrective action can be taken. We will attend with you any monitoring visit from the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Accountant’s Report
Our staff who are experienced on solicitors accounts, will perform the audit on your clients’ accounts. We will prepare the Accountants Report for you as required by the Law Society.

Other Services
We also provide a full Payroll service to you on a monthly basis. At the end of each tax year, we prepare P60s for each of the employee in your firm, and submit P35 employer’s returns to the HM Revenue & Customs. We can prepare the Quarterly VAT returns for you.

Management Accounts
To help you successfully run your firm, we can prepare monthly Management Accounts. This will help you to have a clear financial picture of your firm, and make managerial decisions to increase your fees, reduce costs and improve your profit.

Financial Accounts & Tax Return
We will prepare your yearly financial accounts, advising you on your Tax matters and preparing your Income Tax Returns for submission to the HM Revenue & Customs.

• Payroll – setting up PAYE reference, preparing monthly payroll and payslips, dealing with end of year returns form P35 and issuing P60s.
• VAT – prepare VAT on a quarterly Basis and update accounting records.
• Financial Accounts – prepare the accounts on an annual basis, both for Companies House and HM Revenue and Customs, prepare computation and file company’s Annual Returns.
• Apply for UTR reference and prepare Income Tax Returns and Tax calculations.
• We will do the Returns and file them on an online basis.
